First-Time Parent Users – Getting Started

To use the online payment portal, you must first have a ParentVUE account.

Step 1: Check if you already have a ParentVUE account

  • If you do, you will need your ParentVUE username or email address to continue.

  • If you do not know the username or email address associated with your ParentVUE account, please contact your school registrar fo assistance.

Step 2: If you do NOT have a ParentVUE account

  • Contact your school to request your ParentVUE activation key.

  • Once you receive your activation key, click here to go to ParentVUE and set up your account.

Step 3: Set up your payment portal account

  • After your ParentVUE account is created, return to this page

  • Go to 1st Time Parents below and create your online payment portal password to complete setup.

Set your password to create an account:

Username: Your ParentVue Email
Password: Set Password

Once these steps are complete, you will be able to make payments online. It may take up to 24 hours after registering with the district before being able to log in here.
